5-10 years old
My Football Initiation
This was the initiation phase of my football journey. My father is a football enthusiast, and under his influence, I started playing football at a youth training camp run by a Japanese football club in Shanghai when I was very young.
It was there that I had the fortune to meet Endō Yukinori, who has now become a key player for the Japan national football team.
10-15years old
I started attending some international football camps in Shanghai.
Since there were relatively few people playing football in China, I already began playing with older children back then.
The coaches also came from all over the world.
I started winning some team or individual honors in competitions.
15-18yeas old
I joined AKS, the largest international football training camp in Shanghai, to play football.
As a regular starter, I represented the club in many influential matches in Shanghai.
The opponents included not only excellent local clubs but also youth teams from international clubs such as Benfica.
I also got the opportunity to go abroad to participate in some inter-club matches.
NOW
I participated in adult matches,such as the annual Japanese Adult League held in Shanghai.and the Shanghai Youth Club Competition, among others.
My teammates were from all over the world,including Japan, Norway, Chile, Brazil, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and India,while my coaches were from Italy, Cameroon, and Japan.Although sometimes I couldn’t fully understand their various accents of English,by the time they left China, we had all become close brothers.
